Cooking Challenge - Sushi

Create two custom sushi rolls and a number of appetizers for the group to create and enjoy together with prizes for creativity.

This 2 hour sushi class will create two custom sushi rolls and feature a number of appetizers for the group to create and enjoy together at the Hilton Torrey Pines. All ingredients will be provided by Sushi on a Roll Chef, Jeff Roberto and brought onsite. He will instruct for 1 hour and leave time for questions and tasting. Please instruct the hotel to provide tables and linens for the class per email layout.

Appetizers of Albacore & Shrimp Nigiri Sushi, Vegetable Eggrolls, Chicken skewers
