Yes, at Fit City Adventures, we offer events throughout the year in Arizona, including the summer season. Summer in the Valley just means a different plan. We monitor conditions ahead of your event, move outdoor activities to the early morning, keep water and electrolytes flowing, and provide shade wherever the group is set up.
Yes, our corporate team building events are offered throughout the whole Valley. Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and the resort corridors in between. Wherever your group is based, we’ll come to you.
Absolutely, and many of our Phoenix and Scottsdale groups do exactly that. Aqua sound baths, breathwork and ice baths, puppy yoga, paint parties, Music Madness, Field Day, Ramp It Up skateboarding, and a Guac & Salsa or Chili Cook-off all run on property. We work directly with your resort’s events team to lock in space and timing before your group arrives.
At Fit City Adventures, we watch the forecast in the days leading up to your event and adjust if we need to, start early when the temperature allows for it, and provide water and electrolytes throughout the event. Shade is set up at every outdoor site, and you’ll get a detailed packing list beforehand covering sun protection.
Plenty. The wellness lounge with massage and crystal readings, aqua sound baths, breathwork and ice baths, and puppy yoga are all low-exertion and very popular. Paint parties and a Guac & Salsa or Chili Cook-off are creative rather than athletic. And a Golf & Give community service event gets your team outdoors and doing something meaningful at an easy pace.
No, we don’t have a minimum group size requirement. That being said, each event does have a minimum base price. Most of the groups we host in Phoenix and Scottsdale have 100 people or more.
Yes. If needed, we can offer transportation, branded gear, food trucks, live music, and more.
Most corporate groups book the event at least 4 to 6 weeks ahead, which is when we’ll need the signed contract and payment. If your event includes shipped kits, we’ll also need attendee addresses three weeks out.
Yes! At Fit City Adventures, we can plan as many events as your team needs during their time in Phoenix and Scottsdale. We’re also happy to provide your company with any annual corporate events.
To book your Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona team building event, we’ll need your preferred date and time of the event, the activity you would like to book, and the group size.
Yes, you can add attendees even after booking your Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona team building event. We’ll provide an updated per-person price and send you the revised invoice.
