Do you run outdoor events in Vegas, and how do you handle the heat?˅

Yes, though a lot of what we run in Vegas is indoors by design. For outdoor events like a 5K Run/Walk or mural painting, we schedule early in the day if it’s during the summer months, provide water and electrolytes throughout, set up shade, and send a packing list ahead of time. We watch the forecast in the days before your event and adjust if conditions call for it.

Can an event fit into a short window between sessions?˅

Yes, very easily. Zen Dens, Health & Beauty Bars, Relax & Restore, and aqua sound baths are made for drop-in traffic and short breaks. A silent disco or breathwork and ice bath session works well as a scheduled hour.

What's the minimum group size required for your corporate team building events in Las Vegas?˅

We don’t have a minimum group size requirement, but each event does have a minimum base price. Most of the groups we host in Las Vegas have 100 people or more.

Do you have any add-on services for your Las Vegas corporate team building events?˅

Yes, we do. Our Las Vegas add-on services can include transportation, branded gear, food trucks, live music, and more.

When do we need to book our Las Vegas corporate team building event by?˅

If possible, we ask that you book the event at least 4 weeks out, although we can usually accommodate bookings under this timeframe if needed. Please note, shipped kits require attendee addresses three weeks ahead.

Can we book multiple events during our time in Las Vegas?˅

Yes, you can! We’re happy to plan as many team building activities as your group needs in Las Vegas. We also offer recurring annual events for companies.
