Experience Details
Bring the latest health craze to you with ice baths and breath work at the resort. Our instructor will guide a 30- minute breathwork class, followed by a plunge into a cold ice bath. Increase your health and overall wellbeing. Using these methods promotes relaxation and feeling energized. The group will go on rotation for 1.5 min each, 2 at a time, in the ice plunge tubs.
