Looking for a virtual team event with some flavor? Try one of our chef-instructed online cooking class. Your team will select 1 menu option per class, and each kit serves 2.

Our Current Seasonal Vegetarian Dishes

  • Spring Green Risotto: Arborio rice with spring vegetables, parmesan cheese, and herbs
  • Teriyaki Mushroom Udon Stir Fry: udon noodles, mushrooms, and a homemade teriyaki sauce
  • Wellness Bowl: complete with maple cinnamon roasted butternut squash, chickpeas, apples and kale, topped with a creamy cashew apple cider dressing [vegan]
  • Eggplant with Parmigiana: eggplant, garlic, panko breadcrumbs, marinara & herbs, pasta
  • Enchilada Casserole: onion, garlic, corn, bell pepper, black beans, cilantro, Manchego cheese, and corn tortillas with homemade enchilada sauce
  • Broccoli Walnut Pesto Pasta: broccoli, basil, fresh garlic, pine nuts, and parmesan
  • Roasted Spring Vegetables with Butternut Squash Noodles: guests make their own squash noodles with included spiralizer!
