This session combines breathing, light yoga/seated stretching, guided meditations and sound instruments to calm the mind and start the day with a strong mind and body connection to raise energy and clear out any cobwebs or negative thoughts. We also offer an ergonomics version of this class with tips and tricks for the best workstation set up and a free 15-min virtual ergonomic assessment of their space. Kick it up a notch and add the Ultimate Smoothie or Kombucha 101 class. Thank employees and support their physical and mental health during this time! Each session is 30 minutes long.
