Holistic Hotlist Workshop with Zen Zone Experience

Touching on biology, nutritional science, and mental well-being, this well-rounded workshop will introduce the important topics, and focus on accessible and actionable steps individuals can take right now to improve their health and wellbeing. We’ll address common misconceptions about holistic health and dive into our top five, truly life-changing holistic health hacks.

Following the 55-minute workshop, we’ll put education into action with a bespoke aromatherapy experience, group meditation + breathing exercise, and creative writing activity (15 minutes). This virtual team event lasts for a total of 75 minutes.
