When did you start it and why?

2018. I have been fortunate enough to have many strong, hard-working people in my life. These individuals have been such an inspiration to me and I wanted to create a business model that served them. My in-home training, virtual training, online programming, and corporate classes create an experience that is both convenient and accessible for people who travel, have young children, etc. There are many obstacles when it comes to getting in a workout, but my hope is to help bridge the gap between impossible and possible.

Where are you from and how long have you been in SD?

Massachusetts. I moved to San Diego almost two years ago.

What makes San Diego “America’s Finest City”?

The Local Love! SD inspired me to start my own business because there is a huge community of  fellow small business owners and supporters here. This, in my opinion, cultivates services and products that are unique, quality-oriented, and focused on the consumer…That, and the weather of course!

What is your favorite outdoor workout/activity spot in SD?

The great thing about working out in SD is that there isn’t just one outdoor spot that’s amazing- there are several! Torrey Pines is one of my favorite spots to hang outdoors and get activity in. There are a ton of different hiking paths overlooking the ocean, plus the beach (aka nature’s gym) is great for beach volleyball or a beach workout- the possibilities are endless!
