Improv

This team-building session will push participants outside their comfort zone while working on active listening, communication, and collaboration. Participants will be inspired to think on their feet, be bold and trust their instincts. Participants will be encouraged to share their ideas with conviction and passion. We will build and share ideas with each other while fostering a creative environment filled with support and inspiration. We will explore how to bring your most authentic self to every professional interaction to create solid and long-lasting relationships. This session is entertaining, interactive, and fun. This session will be led by Kelly MacFarland, the Lead Facilitator and Director of IBcreative, the sales, outreach, and corporate training arm of ImprovBoston. Kelly has been a successful “comedy coach” for over 10 years. From CEO’s to PHD’s, she has helped professionals find their voice, create credible connections, and up their speaker game.
